Proposition 65 Sixty Day Notices Issued for Hexavalent Chromium

As of April 2019, The Center for Environmental Health has issued a number of sixty day notices for Hexavalent Chromium, targeting leather products including footwear and gloves.

A separate noticing party has also issued several sixty day notices for hexavalent chromium in Talcum powder products.
